Me and my wife’s income are fixed but expenses are not
Since I pay expenses in full by credit cards
Sometimes my bank account doesn’t have enough money to cover all amounts due
I had to collect all credit cards due dates monthly on 21st and record them on excel sheet as shown below

I mark what I pay on 21st by typing paid under status and defer what I will pay later

The above scenario assume I will get a paycheck before June 8th
To be fair, this used to happen almost every months
But there were few months I knew I won’t be able to pay all amounts due as I have to leave enough money to pay the mortgage
So I had to sacrifice paying partial amounts and this requires from you to know which credit card(s) charge less interest
I hated 21st of every month as you cannot tell how it will work for me
